Abstract [English]

The purpose of this research is to conduct an analytical study on the major causes of anxiety and stress among teachers working in higher secondary schools. In the modern era, increasing workload, administrative pressure, indiscipline among students, family responsibilities, and limited promotional opportunities have led to growing mental stress and anxiety among teachers. This study is based on a qualitative research approach, utilizing interviews and questionnaires to collect data from teachers of various schools. The findings reveal that excessive workload, lack of time, student behavior, and administrative pressure are the primary sources of teachers’ stress. The results suggest that adequate administrative support, proper work distribution, and opportunities for mental health promotion can significantly reduce the levels of stress and anxiety among teachers.
